Candidate Replacement Policy
For staffing and recruitment services:
- Guarantee Period: We offer a replacement guarantee for candidates placed through our services, typically valid for 90 days from the date of joining.
- Replacement Process: If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within the guarantee period, we will provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
- Conditions: The replacement guarantee is subject to the client providing timely feedback and the termination not being due to reasons beyond our control (such as company restructuring or position elimination).
- Timeframe: We commit to providing a replacement candidate within a reasonable timeframe, typically 30-45 days, depending on the position requirements.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our services:
- If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days to discuss your concerns.
- We will work with you to understand the issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Depending on the nature of the service and the circumstances, we may offer service credits, adjustments, or alternative solutions.
Refund Policy
