Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and integrate mechatronic components (sensors, actuators, circuits, control modules).
- Install and commission automated systems (robotics, CNC machines, conveyors).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and software issues.
- Program and configure PLCs, microcontrollers, and SCADA systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and reliability testing.
- Collaborate on prototypes with IoT, CAD/CAM, and simulation tools.
- Validate systems against ISO 13849 safety standards and EMC directives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Automation.
- Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or control systems.
- German Language: B1 certification mandatory.
- English proficiency: Basic to intermediate preferred.
- Knowledge of tools/software: multimeters, oscilloscopes, pneumatic testers, PLC programming, C++.
