Swayam Prakash Baral is a dynamic first-generation entrepreneur who began his journey at the age of 23 after earning his MSc in International Business from the University of Stirling, UK. Driven by a strong sense of purpose and commitment to the nation, he has built successful ventures across HR, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, IT, Agriculture, and Event Management. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Atreya, a leading IT and HR services company in Eastern India, providing IT-enabled solutions and HR services to clients both in India and overseas.

Dr. Sneha Prava Das holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from SOA (Deemed to be) University, completed in 2021. Extending her impact beyond academics, she ventured into entrepreneurship and today serves as the Director – HR at Atreya Associates. She brings versatile expertise in business planning, human resource management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong commitment to innovation, sustainable growth, and women's empowerment. Blending academic excellence with entrepreneurial vision and people-focused leadership, she continues to drive meaningful change within the organization and beyond.
