The "Work in Germany" Program is a strategic initiative by Atreya in partnership with MaTx, Germany, established through an MoU signed in September 2025. The program is designed to facilitate the relocation, training, and integration of skilled Indian professionals into the German industrial workforce.
Through this collaboration, Atreya aims to bridge the growing demand for technical talent in Germany by offering Indian candidates a structured pathway that includes language training, cultural orientation, technical assessment, visa assistance, and post-arrival support.
The program ensures a seamless transition for candidates—helping them build strong careers in Germany while contributing to global workforce mobility and strengthening Indo-German skill partnerships.
