Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
- Operate and optimize WMS platforms (SAP WM, Oracle WMS, Manhattan).
- Design lean layouts & implement automation (AGVs, robotic picking, IoT sensors).
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with suppliers & transport companies (JIT schedules).
- Lead and train staff to ensure adherence to safety and efficiency standards.
- Conduct audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations (barcode & RFID tools).
- Ensure compliance with German safety, environmental, and customs/trade regulations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and prepare KPI reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations ,Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics Management.
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse/logistics/supply chain (supervisor, coordinator, inventory controller roles).
- German Language: B1 certification mandatory.
- English proficiency: Basic to intermediate preferred.
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP, inventory control, and logistics process optimization.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical adaptability to warehouse environments (temperature variations, high activity).
