Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by setting up forms, reinforcements, and frameworks.
- Mix, pour, spread & level concrete using trowels, floats, screeds, and machinery.
- Install reinforcements (rebar, wire mesh) to strengthen structures.
- Operate equipment: pumps, vibrators, and power tools safely.
- Monitor curing, apply sealants/finishes & ensure quality compliance with blueprints.
- Collaborate with masons, laborers, and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Perform repairs/maintenance on existing concrete structures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and adhere to health & safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+2 or equivalent in science/technical stream.
- ITI in Masonry, Construction Technology, or Civil Drafting preferred.
- Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in concreting, masonry, or civil works.
- German Language: B1 certification mandatory.
- English proficiency: Basic to intermediate preferred.
- Physically fit for heavy lifting & extended standing in varied weather.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and in challenging site conditions.
